  1. wow why the chalk line nail on a straight edge and use your table saw dude dont u watch you tube lol

  2. did you buy any anchor deal for the ends of the boards as if not u should by some as it stops the ends of the boards from cracking and helps them to dry more evenly just a thought as u are milling your own wood so look it for yourself

  3. You guys are great. You are living my dream. It's beautiful to see how much love you two guys are spreading in your property. Congratulation.

  4. I've only recently been watching your videos and have been enjoying your journey! Well done to you both and thank you for sharing your story!

  5. It's neat to see a man and his wife doing things together. How are you going to prevent unseasoned wood from checking, warping, and splitting?

  6. I have become very attached to you guys and so please don't take offense but Jessie when your doing Lumberjack work and cutting trees down I can't begin to tell you how dangerous that is I'm an old man with much experience and I know that when you're young you feel invincible however it would break my heart if you were severely injured because of wanting to get your own Lumber from the tree which I get believe me! but please get a company or somebody that does that for a living to cut the trees and you and Alyssa do all the Milling and converting it into Lumber you will still be living your dream and I will sleep much better at night knowing that you are safe anyway that's my two cents worth

  7. jess you could take off your fence and just push threw the board on your table saw following the line you made! this way you wouldn't have to use the skill saw! saves the extra step just thought to mention.

  8. Dude,
Get serious and buy a worm drive skillsaw. That saw you have is not meant for what your cutting.
